If you were feeding her on a food similar to Pedigree (i.e. supermarket standard--rubbish), that is probably what as started her problems. By switching to Pedigree, not only have you got her on another poor-quality food, you've subjected her to a sudden change in diet which in itself can cause gastrointestinal upset and/or flatulence. You need to get her onto a better quality food (I'm not sure where you are and what pet foods are available, but if you give me a few examples I can advise further) and you need to change her over slowly- feed 75% old : 25% new for a couple of days, then 50:50, 25:75 and finally 100% new food.
